HKDI Gallery proudly presents the brand-new series: HKDI Open Lecture! Featuring the legendary Italian architect and designer, Michele De Lucchi will be giving out a lecture about his influential philosophy and practice in architecture and design on 28 May.

With a prominent role in radical and experimental architecture, notably in movements such as Cavart, Alchimia, and Memphis, the master has made an indelible mark on the industry. He will share insights from his iconic projects and renowned designs under the theme "The Equation”, focusing on how his architecture design could become immersive environmental installations that connect with the community and nature in a humanistic way. The lecture will be followed by a dynamic panel discussion involving Michele and significant figures from the Hong Kong design and cultural scene.
