Invitation to Tender for Interior Design and Fitting-Out Works for the new Hong Kong Design Centre (“HKDC”) Office at the Mills (Tender Ref: HKDC2019001)

Background

The Hong Kong Design Centre (“HKDC”) plans to relocate its office from Room 100, 1/F, InnoCentre, 72 Tat Chee Avenue at Kowloon Tong to Office 602, The Mills, 45 Pak Tin Par Street, Tsuen Wan in March 2019.

Interested tenderers are invited to submit tender for provision of the interior design and fitting-out works.

Site Visit 

Site visit to the new site at the Mills and the current office is arranged on 19 November 2018 & 20 November 2018 for tenderers to be familiar with the new site and the fixtures and furniture that are likely to be moved to the new site and to be taken into consideration in the design.

 

Submission of Tender

Tender submission must be placed in the Tender Box at Room 100, 1/F, InnoCentre, 72 Tat Chee Avenue, Kowloon Tong, KLN in person no later than 5pm, 12 December 2018 (Wednesday) (Hong Kong time). Other means of submission will not be accepted.
