Invitation to Tender for #ddHK Lead Creative Partner

Design District Hong Kong (#ddHK) is now inviting tenders for a Lead Creative Partner to carry out the Creative Development, Project Management, Execution, Fabrication, Technical Support and Onsite Event Management Services for #ddHK Creative Tourism Events (Wan Chai) (2020/21).

The services provided by the Lead Creative Partner mainly include:

‧ Design and realisation of ONE featured creative work and its associated activations/events
‧ Overall project management
‧ Technical support to creative partners on fabrication and installation, etc.
‧ Onsite event management

Tenders MUST be deposited in the tender box at HKDC office on or before 20 May 2020 (Wed) at 2pm. Incomplete or late submissions will not be considered.

An online briefing session will be held on 6 May 2020 (Wed) at 3pm. Interested parties shall register here to attend the briefing by 5 May 2020 (Tue) at 12nn.

Design District Hong Kong (#ddHK) is a creative tourism project that consists of a series of commissioned works, creative placemaking and events which infuse Wan Chai with creativity.

Under the annual theme “transFORM”, the 3rd year creative tourism events of #ddHK will feature site-specific creative works and experiences in Victoria Park, bringing about transformative changes to the park as an adored destination of Hong Kong and creating a colour fantasy to stimulate our five senses.
