Job Duties:

  1. Effectively handle the daily logistic arrangement for Design Spectrum Shop (DS Pop-up) including liaison, taking stock for shop products and related administrative works;
  2. Effectively support in organise, execute and operate Design Spectrum programme like exhibitions, events, and docent tours as required;
  3. Support the assistant manager in organising the DS Pop-up;
  4. Perform ad hoc assignments as required; Perform ad hoc assignments as required;
  5. Willing to work flexible shift hours and day, include Sat/Sun and Public Holidays;

Requirements:

  1. University graduate with min. 4 years relevant working experience;
  2. Relevant work experience in project management for retail shop is highly preferred;
  3. Demonstration of strong interest in promoting design thinking, design knowledge and design industry;
  4. Sensibility to culture, design trends and technology; understanding of the use of digital technologies for knowledge sharing would be an advantage;
  5. Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
  6. Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing; familiar with design software (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat etc.) is an advantage; and
  7. Immediate availability preferred.
