The Roles:

  1. Work with Senior Manager and Marketing Manager to support HKDC's flagship programmes: Business of Design Week (BODW), Knowledge of Design Week (KODW) and bodw+ (digital design knowledge platform);
  2. Execute advertising campaigns through social media, eDMs and different marketing channels;
  3. Support website content update, testing and roll-out of event website;
  4. Coordinate with internal teams and external parties /vendors;
  5. Perform ad-hoc assignments as required.

 Requirements:

  1. University degree or above;
  2. At least 4 years of working experience in marketing or communications. Candidate with less experience will be considered as project executive;
  3. Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese;
  4. Experience in using content management system (CMS) is preferred;
  5. Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
  6. Self-motivated and willing to learn;
  7. Well organized and able to meet deadlines; and
  8. Immediate availability is preferred.
