Hong Kong Design Centre (HKDC) was founded in 2001 as a strategic partner of the HKSAR Government in establishing Hong Kong as centre of design excellence in Asia. We are on a public mission to promote wider and strategic use of design and design thinking to foster innovation, create business value and improve societal well-being.

The Roles:

1. Work closely with Project Manager on marketing, PR and digital content development for Fashion Incubation Programme;
2. Responsible for research, content planning, editing, proofreading, interviews, etc. and ensure timely delivery of promotional contents;
3. Support online platform / social media management, digital assets, promotional materials, presentation proposals preparation, etc. to ensure the delivery of high-quality content;
4. Communicate and work closely with programme partners, vendors and incubatees;
5. Effectively handle logistics, co-ordination, liaison, monitoring of work progress, result evaluation and reporting;
6. Provide event and administrative support to the team;
7. Perform ad hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

1. University degree or above or equivalent;
2. 4 years’ or above experience in marketing / digital marketing / PR / content & copywriting;
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese;
4. Proactive, detailed-minded, responsible and resourceful self-starter;
5. Good problem solving and interpersonal skills; able to meet tight deadlines;
6. Good editing skills with experience in digital portal development is an advantage;
7. Good sensibility to fashion, trends and technology is preferred; and
8. Proficient in MS Office, Adobe, Mac Applications and Chinese Word Processing.
