Senior Project Executive (9-month Contract)

The Roles:
- Work closely with Project Manager on marketing, PR and digital content development for Fashion Incubation Programme;
- Responsible for research, content planning, editing, proofreading, interviews, etc. and ensure timely delivery of promotional contents;
- Support online platform / social media management, digital assets, promotional materials, presentation proposals preparation, etc. to ensure the delivery of high-quality content;
- Communicate and work closely with programme partners, vendors and incubatees;
- Effectively handle logistics, co-ordination, liaison, monitoring of work progress, result evaluation and reporting;
- Provide event and administrative support to the team;
- Perform ad hoc assignments as required.
Requirements:
- University degree or above or equivalent;
- 4 years’ or above experience in marketing / digital marketing / PR / content & copywriting;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese;
- Proactive, detailed-minded, responsible and resourceful self-starter;
- Good problem solving and interpersonal skills; able to meet tight deadlines;
- Good editing skills with experience in digital portal development is an advantage;
- Good sensibility to fashion, trends and technology is preferred; and
- Proficient in MS Office, Adobe, Mac Applications and Chinese Word Processing.
