Job duties:
- Work closely with Programme Director and Content & Programme team on content development for HKDC's annual flagship programmes: Business of Design Week (BODW) and Knowledge of Design Week (KODW) and bodw+(the new digital knowledge platform);
- Support editorial section of bodw+ and assure timely delivery of content that is in line with the holistic digital marketing strategy;
- Supervise the writing, editing, research and curation of multimedia contents across multiple platforms for BODW, KODW and bodw+;
- Communicate with programme partners, consultants, in-house marketing and communications team and suppliers to ensure the delivery of high-quality content; and
- Perform ad hoc assignments as required.
Requirements:
- University graduate;
- Minimum 8 years of post-graduation work experience with international media company and publications preferred. Relevant work experience in media, content research, curatorial development and project management is an advantage;
- Excellent English and very good Chinese writing skills are essential;
- Strong editing and project management skills with experience in digital portal development is an advantage;
- A keen learner with an inquisitive mind and a team player that inspires learning, participation and collaboration among diverse stakeholder;
- Strong problem-solving skills and able to meet tight deadlines; and
- Good sensibility to design, trends and technology is preferred.
