The Roles:

  1. Assist in the planning, developing and implementation of strategies for effective content marketing across multiple platforms, especially in digital media and website;
  2. Contribute ideas, texts, and other materials for website, social media channels and publications;
  3. Responsible for website management and content development;
  4. Assist in the management and liaison within and across teams for effective integrated marketing, partnership, public relations for expanded reach and impact;
  5. Proactively and effectively research, liaise and coordinate with local/overseas design organisations, partners, collaborators and community stakeholders;
  6. Support a variety of curatorial tasks including project management and programme coordination; and
  7. Perform ad hoc assignments as required


  1. University graduate;
  2. Minimum 6 years work experience in creative industries, marketing, event management, advertising agencies, media and publications;
  3. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
  4. Strong sense in digital and social media communication;
  5. Experience in community-driven, tourism marketing, placemaking, arts & cultural projects is an advantage;
  6. Business acumen with strong organising, coordinating and problem-solving skills;
  7. An effective communicator with strong interpersonal and networking skills;
  8. Self-initiative, proactive, dynamic and ability to meet tight deadlines;
  9. Flexible multi-taskers with strong organizational and time management skills; and
  10. A good cultural fit, a passion for design and the industry.
