The Roles:

  1. Assist in preparing management & financial reports, annual budgeting and  financial analysis;
  2. Be responsible for the preparation, maintenance and reconciliation of ledger  accounts, month-end and year-end closing process;
  3. Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, regulatory bodies and other professionals in performing project audit and other regulatory compliance; and
  4. Perform ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance or related disciplines;
  2. Membership from professional accounting bodies is preferable;
  3. Six years relevant work experience, preferably gained from non-profit organizations;
  4. Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese;
  5. Proficiency in ERP system and excellent skills in excel software is a must;
  6. Be proactive, meticulous and efficient team player with strong analytical, problem solving & communication skills; and
  7. Ability to manage multiple assignments within tight deadlines.
