The Roles:

  1. Assist the team and work closely with the Event - Project Manager in organising and executing the designated fashion programme(s), including exhibitions, networking events and other related events etc, with quality, impact and in compliance with governance and administrative requirements;
  2. Liaise and work with strategic partners across public and private sectors for partnership and/or marketing support, etc;
  3. Effectively handle logistics, coordination, liaison, monitoring of work progress, result evaluation and reporting, making sure the process and documentation are in compliance with governance and administrative requirements;
  4. Handle financial and accounting processes for the team including quotation comparison, contract approval, payment requests, log sheet inputting etc;
  5. Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  1. Degree holder or above;
  2. Minimum 4 years of experience in event management;
  3. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese;
  4. Proactive and resourceful team player with tactful communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with diverse communities;
  5. Responsible and detailed minded self-starter with good problem-solving skills;
  6. Sensibility in culture, trends and technology;
  7. Demonstrate passion in promoting the fashion industry and be well-versed of the international fashion community.
