"I love the illustration ! Loves the animation !" An illustration fanatic, Peter won the Gold Award in Animation in 1997 edition Independent Short Film and Video Awards (ifva) with his short animated film Mr. Salmon, and again the Silver Award in Animation with Dandelion in 2001. He also won the Championship of the “My Hong Kong Banknote Design Competition”, co-presented by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited and the Hong Kong Heritage Museum, in 2004. In 2005, he was among the 9 animators invited by the Hong Kong Arts Centre for a commissioned project, “i-city Festival”, for which he contributed his animated film My Swallow. He participated in the conception of the GC Goobi Family radio programme for Commercial Radio 2, in which he was responsible for the character design and illustration of the main characters, Fu-wing and Siu Fu-mui. He was the Animation Director of TV programmes, Hong Kong Comics, Life is Beautiful 01 & 02, Who is the Boss 01 & 02 which are animation projects commissioned by Radio Television Hong Kong. “The Kaleidoscope–History of Hong Kong Comics Exhibition”.Through the commission project, the Hong Kong Arts Centre is bringing the animation talents together to re-create classical icons and stories of Hong Kong comic.
