BeCandle was founded by collective of designers and candle artisan based in Hong Kong, specializes in creating premium candles with the blend of contemporary design and artisan techniques.​ It began as a self-initiated design exercise of Atelier Poesia, exploring the intrinsic relationship between objects, environment and people’s memories. With candles as the medium of design, we employ different artisan techniques and explore the possibilities in the development process, creating unique candles and craft products. Creative director Xavier Tsang started making candle as hobby during young ages. While living in Italy, I was inspired by the traditional craftsman workshop close to my home. After years of works as product designer, hestarted to use wax and candle as media of creation and start developing collections of candle products, come up with the brand BeCandle
