Supporting Event - PolyU Design Show 2024
As PolyU Design celebrates its significant 60th anniversary milestone, the School proudly presents to you the PolyU Design Show 2024 — shaping up to be one of the most enriched editions in recent years!
The Show, being an annual highlight event of the creative and innovation industries in Hong Kong, showcases design projects created by individual students and co-presented by students across disciplines. Adding to the mix this year is the exhibition from our BA Scheme’s Foundation Year students, alongside a walk down the memory lane of Design Show histories and other fringe happenings.
Just as every diamond undergoes designing, cleaving, bruting, polishing and examining before radiating its brilliance, all amazing designs originally stem from unpolished aspirations, eventually transcending into diamonds that surpass possibilities.
Join us on a journey to explore hidden gems. Through the perspective of designers, we learn together how design empowers individuals, communities, and economies while exploring the profound significance of design education.
