Terms of Appointment

8 weeks between June and September 2017

Scope of Work

Successful candidates will be offer internship opportunities in various divisions based on their capabilities and strengths, including:

  1. Undertake programmes/events execution and implementation, including event management and logistics;
  2. Provide onsite support for international conference, workshops, exhibitions, networking and promotional events;
  3. Assist in marketing research, data consolidation and analysis.

Entry Requirements

Applicants must be

  1. Undergraduates with strong academic record, preferably in Design, Business Administration, Tourism Management & Hospitality, Journalism & Communications, Cultural Studies or other related disciplines;
  2. Sensibility towards design, art and culture, and passion for our mission;
  3. A fast learner, good storyteller and team player with positive and can-do attitude, and with ability to work in fast paced and culturally diverse environment;
  4. Proactive, creative, dynamic, detail-minded and competent with multi-tasking capability;
  5. With exceptional communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
  6. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel & PPT and Chinese Word Processing
  7. Tech savvy and knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop and In-Design is an advantage
  8. Have a right to abode or an appropriate visa to be able to live and work in Hong Kong
