The Roles:

  1. Effectively organise, execute and support the operation of exhibitions, events, design showcase & pop-up shop and docent tours;
  2. Implement marketing and promotion plan for the programme and/or projects to build heightened awareness and for expanding reach and impact;
  3. Digital outreach like social media, website management on programme promotion;
  4. Generate quality and engaging offline and online content to meet different programme objectives;
  5. Handle logistics and provide administrative support for efficient project management;
  6. Liaise and coordinate with both internal and external parties on daily operations and marketing implementation;
  7. Provide onsite support and management for exhibition and/or design related programmes as required;
  8. Perform ad-hoc assignments (weekday and /or weekend) as required


  1. University graduate with 4 years relevant experience;
  2. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Project Executive;
  3. Experience in organising or curation of exhibitions and programme with working experience in the design, art or cultural field would be an advantage;
  4. Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
  5. Good understanding on the local design scene and broad and diverse range of cultural interests;
  6. Ability to work independently and under pressure in meeting deadlines;
  7. Experience in problem-solving skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and be highly self-motivated and multi-tasking;
  8. Excellent communicator with proactive interpersonal and networking skills;
  9. Strong sense in marketing and design-related trend;
  10. Willing to work flexible shift hours and day, include Sat/Sun and Public Holidays;
  11. Immediate availability preferred
