The Roles:

Working Location: Kowloon Bay

  1. Assist in the execution of events, exhibitions, and pop-up from concept to completion;
  2. Assist logistics for events, including vendor coordination, equipment rentals, and venue setup/dismantling;
  3. ⁠Provide administrative support to enhance event operations;
  4. Prepare all event-related documentation, ensuring compliance with operational and payment processes;
  5. ⁠Assist in tracking expenses and handling invoices for financial accountability;
  6. Conduct on-site inspections to oversee event setups, activities, and dismantling;
  7. ⁠Organise and update event documentation for easy access and clarity;
  8. ⁠Address ad hoc duties and resolve issues during event planning and execution;
  9. Perform other assigned ad hoc duties and projects as needed.

Requirements:

  1. Degree holder or above;
  2. 2-4 years of experience in event management;
  3. Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua;
  4. Demonstrating a proactive and resourceful mindset, as well as possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
